Have you ever wondered what LED wall support looks like after you sign an agreement with Refresh? Wonder no more! We've got it all laid out for you in this video.

When you sign a contract with us, you also draft us to your team. We quality-check each panel and pride ourselves on offering the most reliable products possible. In the rare instance that you do need some pixels replaced, we’ve got you covered! When we say we provide unforgettable experiences, we guarantee that at every stage.

When you purchase a wall from us, we include an industry-leading 4 year warranty. This warranty includes unlimited calls to troubleshoot with one of our support team experts. Shane and Matt provide service hours every day of the week. Notice an issue on a Sunday morning before church starts? Call us between 7 AM-2 PM EST, and we’ll do our best to get it smoothed out.

Remember those thousands of pixels on your new LED wall? What exactly happens when a pixel or even line of pixels is out? That’s why we include extra modules from the get-go. You get an additional 10% of the panels purchased in spare modules. For example, we would send 6 extra modules for a 60 panel job. When you need to swap out a module, you simply use one of your spares. What do you do with the broken pieces? Send them our way, and shipping will be on us.

Once we receive the modules, we’ll get right to work. We affectionately call this step of the pixel’s journey “fixel.” We get out our soldering irons and replace the burnt out pixel with one that’s ready to shine bright. When your module has been patched up, it will make its way home to you. We’ll make the process seamless so that you can get back to sharing what you love!
