How has COVID-19 and the recent months affected your church gatherings and way of operating?

For many, digital broadcasts, social distancing, and even the closing of church doors have become the current norm.

While we’re looking forward to days ahead when we can all gather in one space together to rejoice, we’re sharing some creative ways you may want to consider using your LED walls. Outside of your sanctuary and traditional uses, the options are endless! Get creative, grab a pencil for notes, and get to planning how to repurpose your walls.

1. Backdrops

Have you ever used your LED wall or screen as a backdrop? If not, now is the perfect time to test it out – especially for those who share live broadcasts. You can even take the screens outside of your church and use them for video backgrounds, announcements, and sermons.

2. Try new venues

If you’re not currently using your sanctuary but are you hosting small gatherings at another location, bring your LED screens with you to that new space. You can rent out a venue for an evening or use them at your local food bank. Set up your screens, display your church branding, or share videos of value to that group.

3. Community movie night

Another space that you may want to use your LED screens at is in a location for a community movie night. Be sure to stick to social distancing guidelines, but set your screens up in a parking lot, at a local park, or even in someone’s backyard and show a movie for your group to enjoy together.

4. Take your screens outdoors

If your LED walls are weatherproof, you may want to try repurposing them outside for ministry nights. You can show a football game, training video, or slideshow on your screens for small group or youth group gatherings.
