In June of 2020, when the world was shutting down, Pastor Patrick was gearing up. He had a calling—to launch Nuvo Church in Columbus, Ohio—and not even a global pandemic could shake his conviction.
But launching a church during such uncertain times came with challenges. With restrictions in place, Nuvo couldn’t even meet in person at first. Instead, they started virtually, holding onto the belief that one day they’d gather, worship, and build something extraordinary together.
That day finally came in 2021, when Nuvo Church held its first in-person gatherings. But Pastor Patrick wasn’t just thinking about getting people in the room—he wanted to create a powerful first impression.
LED Wall Idea
That’s when the idea of an LED wall came into the picture.
Of course, the questions flooded in — How do we set it up and tear it down each week? Is this investment really worth it?
But instead of letting those concerns hold him back, he used them as fuel to push forward. He assembled a dedicated four-person team to handle setup and teardown. He embraced the challenge because he knew excellence was worth it.
When Nuvo Church launched with a stunning 20ft x 10ft LED wall, the impact was undeniable. The atmosphere, the engagement, the wow-factor—it all helped bring the vision to life.
Where Is Nuvo Church Now?
Fast forward five years, and Nuvo Church isn’t just surviving—it’s thriving in its own location, reaching more people in Columbus than ever before.
