LED products are a big purchase; we get it. It’s an investment in your business, your customers, your congregation…

and your community. But when do you know when it’s time to upgrade to an LED wall or screens? The short answer: it’s different for everyone. But we’re outlining four sign to look for that could mean it’s time to pull that trigger and make the leap to LED.

1. Your current screens are hard to read.

For organizations like a church or event venue, seeing what’s displayed on your screens is crucial to your customers’ experience. If they can’t read the text or see the picture, you know it’s time to put their needs first and consider your options.

2. You recently upgraded to a larger space.

If you recently moved spaces and are now accomodating a larger capacity, it may make sense to invest in LED products. When you take a screen that fits your old space well and try to put it into the newer, larger venue, you may run into some issues. People may not be able to read the screen, you may need to adjust all of your display collateral, or your screens may feel disproportionate to your stage or sanctuary.

3. You’re looking to invest in other audio/video equipment.

If you’re making the update to better cameras, lights, sound systems, and other audio or video equipment, an investment in LED products goes hand in hand with these purchases. If you’re investing in new equipment but can’t display everything appropriately, you may not get as much out of those investments as you had hoped. By aligning your budget to accommodate upgrades to all of your technology, these areas can work together to enhance your overall customer experience.

4. Your customers, community members, staff, or congregation are asking for it.

Listen to your customers. If there is a buzz around needing an upgrade, don’t take that feedback lightly. If you’re unsure of your customers’ needs and priorities, try interviewing small groups to see if they would value LED products or send out a digital survey to get direct feedback instead of guessing what they’re looking for. Of course, there are many other factors that contribute to purchasing LED products. If there is a need in your organization for the products, and you’d like to learn more about the process, pricing, and options, feel free to reach out to our team. We’re always happy to answer your questions and discuss the next steps in bringing an LED installation to your business.
